Dr. Ben is very informative and kind. If you are scared of dentists, this is the place to go! They are great at managing Periodontal Disease and putting you at ease with realistic and hopeful expectations and solutions. I want to say every single staff member in this office is so friendly. I've been coming to West Shore Dental for a couple of years now and let me tell you I searched for somewhere I felt comfortable. I have a little dental PTSD and I'm an admitted baby, so for awhile I didn't go to anyone. But you can't avoid it forever so I searched and went to at least 4 different places until I found Dr. Conte and his whole staff. I finally feel at ease and am getting the work I need done. It feels good I found a dental home :) I've switched my whole family here too. Anyway, the reason for my review after 2 years was that I broke a tooth and needed a crown. Having no idea what that entailed I was petrified. Thank you for making the whole experience quick and relatively easy. Anxiety stayed at bay and I left feeling like I could do anything. Thank you again, I'm so glad I found you!!!!!

Wow everyone here is all so friendly and welcoming. I hate going to the dentist but they made the whole experience easy. I need some work done including an extraction. Needless to say the whole experience was painless including the numbing! Dr Ben and his assistant are amazing!

I have been a west shore dental client for 33 years! I love this office and my hygienist, Tara! She is amazing. And she is very good with kids also. My daughter sees Tara also and talks about her year round!
I love going to the dentist! My hygienist, Mary is awesome! Aside from the fact that she does a great job by keeping my not-flossing nearly enough self healthy, I feel like I'm visiting a friend whenever I go for my appointments. We laugh and joke and have a good time. Well, I do anyway. Mary...Mary? My dentist, Dr. Conte is pretty great too with a great dry sense of humor. However, I can't say that I enjoy my visit with him as much as I do my visit with Mary, especially like my next visit when I need to get a cavity filled. Drills are no fun anywhere but I wouldn't want any other dentist to do it.
I LOVE Mary, my hygienist! She is always warm and friendly. She takes a moment to meet her patients and even asks about my life every time! I am not the biggest fan of the dentist at all. But, I can handle it with Mary's presence. I have even asked to only be treated by Mary. If she were out, then I would willingly reschedule. I am very happy with her care! And I highly recommend her!
